Dysautonomia Support Group
We're here for you, whether formally diagnosed, in-process, or newly suspecting. The purpose of this group is to provide support, empathy, and connection as we cope with the challenges of dysautonomia. This group meets every other Wednesday and Sunday. Most are facilitated by our founder, Gigi Christie, but some are co-facilitated by an LCSW.
Wednesdays at 4:00p EST
Sundays at 5:00p EST
Caregiver Support Group
This group is designed to support the loved ones, friends, spouses, and family members of individuals with dysautonomia. Being a caregiver can come with unique challenges, and this group offers a safe and understanding space to share experiences, exchange resources, and connect with others who truly understand. This meeting occurs once per month.
