Whether you’re formally diagnosed, in-process, or newly suspecting, we’re here for you. The purpose of this group is to provide support, empathy, and connection as we cope with the challenges of dysautonomia.
-
Biweekly on Google Meet.
Attend if you’re wanting and able. This is not a substitute for therapy or medical advice. The host is just a gal with a funky nervous system.
All attendees are individuals who are facing the challenges of dysautonomia. -
A Protected Space.
For humans who get it. Those interested are asked to participate in a screening questionnaire. Confidentiality is upheld and expectations do apply.
To apply for the support group, I do ask that you complete the Group Screening, available below. The screening does ask for personal information. This ensures that groups are composed of compatible individuals with similar needs.
-
The good, the bad, and the ugly.
This is an adults-only group meant for real humans impacted by dysautonomia to connect, share their struggles, and celebrate their victories - and that means all of them.
This peer support group is meant to serve predominantly as a space to find some empathy and express oneself. I cannot be held personally responsible for the views of any participant, and I do reserve the right to remove individuals.
